This is an excellent read for anyone who loves track and is from the Grand Rapids Area. Coach Wood faithfully chronicled the rich history of the Grand Rapids City League. All of the battles between Christian, CC, West Catholic and the GR Public School are all included. I don't want to know how many hundreds of hours Coach Wood put into creating this book but it is truly a labor of love. If you ran track in the City League or are interested in its history this is the book for you.
